Booth #801
November 9 – 13, 2025
Toronto, ON
Join us at HUPO World Congress to learn how Seer can help reveal more of the proteome for you, so you can unveil new discoveries for the world.
Attend our Breakfast Symposium
Seer’s 2025 HUPO Breakfast Symposium will highlight the use of deep plasma and tissue proteomics to illuminate disease mechanisms and reveal clinically relevant biomarkers in cardiovascular and aging biology. Dr. Uros Kuzmanov will present findings from a proteomic study of paired myocardial and serum samples from patients with end-stage heart disease that identified candidate biomarkers of right ventricular failure. Dr. Nathan Basisty will share how deep proteomic analysis of mouse serum uncovered paracrine mediators of physical dysfunction caused by senescent cells. Together, these talks showcase the power of Seer’s Proteograph® platform to uncover novel biomarkers, link circulating proteins to disease mechanisms, and accelerate translational insights for cardiovascular failure and aging-related decline.
