Identification of protein isoforms in a non-small cell lung cancer cohort shows functionally distinct, cancer- and control-associated isoforms, including BMP1. This article demonstrates the utility of combined unbiased proteomics with transcriptomic analysis, and identified over 400 subject-specific protein variants, showing how the Proteograph Product Suite can support proteogenomics studies.
