Accelerate your Proteomics Research Introducing a High-Throughput Method for Deep Proteomics
06/21/2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm PDT
Proteomics analysis of biofluids from human and model organisms provides biological insight to predict human health and disease states, and guide drug development or personalized therapies. Recent advances in sample collection and mass spectrometry have deepened our understanding of biofluid proteomes, but the field is still challenged by non-standardized and complex workflows to characterize proteomes at acceptable depth.
In this seminar, we introduce a new SBP proteomics core service enabled by Seer’s Proteograph™ Product Suite. Proteograph is a standardized, automated nanoparticle-based deep proteomics workflow that can interrogate a variety of biofluids, with wide dynamic ranges of protein concentration spanning blood serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and cell secretome samples. We will highlight the application of Proteograph in biomarker discovery.
In this seminar, you will learn:
- Seer’s Proteograph Product Suite, a nanoparticle-based proteomics workflow
- Seer’s novel approach for deep, unbiased proteomics
- The Proteograph’s workflow performance across different sample types
- Proteograph workflow offering by SBP proteomics core
- Seer and SBP proteomics core benchmark studies
This seminar is best for:
- Scientists focused on studying biofluids from human and animal disease models
- Scientists with access to clinical cohort studies
- Scientists studying cell secretome and conditioned media
- General scientific community interested in high throughput deep access to proteome
