Discovery of treatment failure mechanisms in CAR T cell therapy through proteomic analysis
Learn moreSeer Insights Program supports researchers and development teams seeking deeper biological insight through unbiased proteomics. This initiative includes two distinct pathways designed to support both translational discovery and development-stage programs.
Choose the pathway that best fits your research or development needs.
For academic investigators advancing translational proteomics research with clear relevance to human health.
This track supports studies that bridge biological discovery and clinical relevance by generating deep proteomic insights that enable biomarker discovery, disease understanding, and translational application.
Selected projects will be supported through Seer’s Technology Access Center (STAC), with defined study scope including sample processing, proteomic analysis, and collaborative data review.
For biotechnology and pharmaceutical teams seeking proteomic insight to inform development-stage programs particularly those without established in-house mass spectrometry proteomics capabilities.
This selective program is designed to support development-stage programs by generating deep, unbiased proteomic insights that inform critical pipeline decisions, including target validation, mechanism of action, resistance biology, and patient stratification.
Selected teams receive access to Seer’s Proteograph® workflow through the Seer Technology Access Center (STAC), enabling deep proteomic analysis to inform development decisions.

What is the Seer Insights Program?
Seer Insights is a two-track initiative designed to advance proteomics from discovery to development. The program includes:
Both tracks provide access to Seer’s Proteograph® Product Suite through the Seer Technology Access Center (STAC), along with mass spectrometry and bioinformatics support.
Do both tracks use the same application process?
No. Each track has its own submission process designed for the needs of the respective audience.
Academic researchers submit a research proposal through an online application form.
Biopharma teams submit a short concept describing how proteomic analysis could inform a development-stage program.
What sample types are compatible?
Projects must align with the capabilities of Seer’s Proteograph® technology. Compatible sample types include plasma, serum, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Applicants are encouraged to review the Proteograph Product Suite page to confirm technical alignment prior to submission. Detailed eligibility and submission information is available on each program track page.
Who is this program intended for?
The Seer Insights program is designed for researchers and development teams who do not have established in-house mass spectrometry-based proteomics capabilities and are seeking to incorporate deep proteomic analysis into their work.
The Seer Insights initiative has supported research across a range of disease areas, enabling investigators to uncover novel biology through deep proteomic analysis.
