Breakfast Seminar
Mass Spectrometry-Based Proteomics in Asian Cohort Studies
The PRECISE-SG100K study is a landmark effort in precision health, capturing genetic and clinical diversity across a multi-ethnic Asian population. The Seer Proteograph workflow combined with Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometry (MS) was used to characterize the circulating proteome of 10,000 individuals. Early proteogenomic and epidemiological insights, highlight how MS-based population-scale proteomics can accelerate biomarker discovery and advance precision medicine in diverse global cohorts.
