Research Track

For academic investigators advancing translational proteomics research with clear relevance to human health.

This track supports studies that bridge biological discovery and clinical relevance by generating deep proteomic insights that enable biomarker discovery, disease understanding, and translational application.

Selected investigators receive:

  • End-to-end access to Seer’s Proteograph® workflow
  • High-depth mass spectrometry analysis
  • Dedicated scientific collaboration with Seer experts
  • Structured bioinformatics support to enable data interpretation

Ideal for:

  • Identifying protein biomarkers associated with disease or clinical outcomes
  • Investigating disease biology using patient-derived or translational cohorts
  • Generating datasets to support future translational or clinical studies

Selected projects will be supported through Seer’s Technology Access Center (STAC), with defined study scope including sample processing, proteomic analysis, and collaborative data review.

Biopharma Development 
Access Program

For biotechnology and pharmaceutical teams seeking proteomic insight to inform development-stage programs particularly those without established in-house mass spectrometry proteomics capabilities.

This selective program is designed to support development-stage programs by generating deep, unbiased proteomic insights that inform critical pipeline decisions, including target validation, mechanism of action, resistance biology, and patient stratification.

Participants receive:

  • Dedicated Seer scientific partnership
  • Accelerated review timeline
  • Confidential participation option
  • Ownership of data and resulting intellectual property

Ideal for:

  • Investigating protein pathways in preclinical models to support target validation or IND-enabling biology
  • Comparing proteomic profiles between treatment responders and non-responders
  • Exploring circulating protein signatures linked to clinical outcomes

Selected teams receive access to Seer’s Proteograph® workflow through the Seer Technology Access Center (STAC), enabling deep proteomic analysis to inform development decisions.
